In the month of May, we sent out the first of our semi-annual customer satisfaction surveys. We appreciate your time to help improve the Quivers solution. Every rating and comment we received were reviewed in-depth and a plan of action was put into motion. 

Quivers formed a cross-functional team which includes Program Management, Customer Support, Professional Services, and Development to take on analysis of your feedback. This team will be continually communicating, innovating, and constructing to improve the Quivers solution based on your responses. 

In the next few weeks, the team may reach out to you so we can ensure our planned changes meet your expectations. We appreciate you being part of the Quivers family and look forward to helping you reach your goals.
